KK Countdown: 24 Days to go!
The days continue to pass by, quickly I might add. In just two weeks, 14 short days, most of my furniture will be picked up and donated to a worthy cause. This weekend I will be devoting most of my time to emptying every drawer in every piece of furniture while completing homework assignments for my ministerial school classes. I’m going to be a busy girl, don’t you think?
One of the highlights of this experience is having a chance to share my story with so many people. I have a ton of friends and they all want to know what’s happening as I move through this process. I didn’t realize how much blogging would help me in keeping so many of my friends informed. This is a great venue to express our ideas but it’s even greater because of the added benefit of sharing a blog on social media with so many people I know and care about.
There have been many instances when a friend has called or come into the office and said they knew about my latest escapades. They’re following the blog, they’re reading each post, and they’re supporting me through it all. To say that I’m grateful is an understatement. I can physically feel the loving encouragement every day.
For the record, if you’re ever considering a big move/change in your life, I would highly recommend recording it on a blog and sharing it with your friends. If nothing else, it’s a way to record feelings, thoughts, and emotions and this will help with self-awareness as well as self-confidence. Try it! If you do, I’ll be sure to follow it. Thanks for reading this, friends. Let’s do it again tomorrow!
In Love and Light,
