Setting Up a New Routine

I had a beautiful day yesterday. I met with some of the people from Unity of Central Massachusetts (UCM) and we had a blast. What a lovely group of men and women…I felt welcomed and loved immediately. I’m going to be speaking there next Sunday and I can’t wait to spend more time with them.

Today I’m going to see my family in Western Massachusetts. I haven’t seen them in a year and a half, so I’m looking forward to getting some hugs and having some face-to-face conversations with my Dad, my daughter, and my brother. I’m kind of giddy with excitement to be living so close to them now. I’m glad I made this choice…even though I miss my Florida friends very much.

That’s the tricky part about this move. It feels like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, yet I miss Florida and my Florida peeps. That’s okay…I believe it is just part of the process and adjustment.

I’m working on setting up a daily routine to help me get school assignments completed on time. I’m also looking forward to contributing more to UCM as time goes by: helping with set up or clean up, teaching some classes, etc. It feels like a perfect opportunity for me to move forward in my desire to be a spiritual leader. All is lining up perfectly.

Well, it’s time to get some schoolwork done before I leave for my family visit. I want to thank you all for taking the time to read this…I’m grateful for you. I want to share a quote I read this morning during my early meditation time. It is from 365 Science of Mind: “All evolution is a result of the action of an imprisoned splendor that exists at the center of all things.” Think about that today…evolution is a powerful thing.

Blessings,

KK
