I know that some of you have spent time worrying over little things and big things, haven’t you? I was thinking about my current situation and I realized how freeing it is to release the need to worry and trust that the outcome will be perfect. What will I do with all this free time, now that I’m not spending it worrying all the time? LOL!
How do you release worry? I use deep breathing to bring me back into the present moment. As my body starts to relax, my mind does too. I then have the ability to remember the many blessings that are in my life today. Let’s face it…even if we aren’t constant worriers, there are going to be challenges that come up for us. Knowing how to release the worry (and the NEED to worry) is an important technique that should not be overlooked.
Uncertainty can sometimes bring me to a place of worry but I no longer set up camp there. Today I release the need to worry…today I welcome the unknown…today I embrace the waiting period. As I do this, new ideas come to mind. I am filled with the answers; I just need to call them forth, no matter what the challenge may be.
So, who’s going to join me in releasing the need to worry? Are you willing to give it a try? Let’s start today…breathe in…breathe out…breathe in…breathe out. Ah, I feel better already. Do you?
Sending many blessings your way, friends!
